Arts Extravaganza: Inspiration on Display!
The Art students' of Champion High and Elementary Schools work was on full display at the annual Arts Extravaganza at Central Elementary Gymnasium.
Champion Art Teacher Mr. Kittle and Music Teacher Mr. Cokrlic and their students annually bring the community an opportunity to experience the value of what the Art and Music programs mean to the students. Mr. Kittle referenced renowned artist, Pablo Picasso, when describing his philosophy of the importance of art and events like these:
"All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." ~Pablo Picasso
