Champion Local Schools will be offering another free physical on Thursday, May 25, 4 - 6 p.m. Any student in grades 7-12 who is interested must use the online forms through Privit. All forms must be filled out online, printed and signed by the parent/student athlete prior to arrival for the physical. Click the button for directions on how to access and complete the forms.
