The Champion Local School District will continue its inter-district open enrollment policy with Bristol, LaBrae, Lakeview, Maplewood, and Southington for the 2018/2019 school year. 

Applications for 9 and 10 grade students will be available for one week only at the Board of Education office at 5976 Mahoning Avenue NW, Suite B, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. the week of March 12 through March 16, 2018. All completed applications must be returned to the Board of Education office by 3 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2018.

Applications for open enrollment for Kindergarten students for the 2018-2019 school year will be available beginning on Tuesday, April 3 through Friday, April 6, 2018. Application packets must be picked up at the Champion Board of Education Office, 5976 Mahoning Avenue NW, Suite B, Warren, Ohio starting on Tuesday April 3 and completed packets returned to the Board of Education Office by noon on Monday, April 9, 2018.

Pending a review of Kindergarten enrollment on September 21, 2018, applicants will be notified if adequate space is available for their son/daughter through Open Enrollment. After September 28, 2018, Champion Schools will no longer accept any eligible Open Enrollment students during the 2018-2019 school year.
