Champion Middle School Holds Annual Science Fair
For the last several months Champion Middle School sixth grade students have been working hard on their Science Fair projects. Mr. Cornelius has emphasized how scientists answer questions and solve problems. This year's Science Fair highlighted the results of a lot of hard work by students. The students who earned Best of Show ribbons included Olivia Gray for "Saving Soil through BioRemediation" and Channing Fox for "The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea". Top Second place ribbons were awarded to Brendan Allen for "Which Disinfectant Works Best to Clean Surface Bacteria" and Isabella Cimento for "How Cellphones Affect Your Brain." Top Third place ribbons were awarded to Savanna Wright for "Hot or Not?" and to Mitchell Diehl for "Which is the True Picker Upper?". Thanks for all the parent support allowing students to develop such outstanding projects.
